Planner-Love: Printables for Organizing your Blogger- and Social Media Life

If you’re a Blogger & Social Media Person like me – no matter if you’re into it just for fun or if you’re an Entrepreneur blogging & sharing for business reasons – you probably know this Feeling and you maybe can relate with me: Sometimes you just feel like you’re loosing track of things … way to many ideas, way to many projects to start, catch up with or finish – bringing sleepless nights and days not as productive as you wish / would hope for. All those Post-it Notes covering your Desk, your Computer, your Bathroom Mirror and whatsonot else don’t really help in the end – they make it even worse (for me at least). You posted to your Blog yesterday – but have you also shared the content to Twitter? Facebook? Instagram? Goodle+? Sceduling Blogposts ahead of time isn’t making it easier to keep track of the additional Social Media sharing process …

So … I’m a Planner Person. I LOVE Planners – love my Filofaxes (right now I have 3 different ones in use for different things – one for my Private-/Family-Life, one for Addresses and my Wedding Photography Business and one solely dedicated to my Creative Business, Blogging, Social Media etc.). I started with the Standard Pages that come with the Filofax when you Buy it, then tried many different Downloadables from the Web (because – let’s face it – I wanted to save the time I would have to invest into making my own – so I spend some bucks on some Planner Pages by DIYfish – and I LOVE those – you should check them out – I’ms till using them in my Day-to-Day private Planner because it’s so convenient to print & use them). Anyway – but I couldn’t find any premade Planner Pages to fit my needs for my Blogging- & Social Media Life … so I made my own (in the end that took much less time then all the time I spend searching the web for ones that where a perfect match … so much about saving time *lol*). I have those in use now for quite a while and LOVE them – they perfectly match my needs for Blogging, keeping track of Blog Ideas, of Statistics and of my Social Media sharing …!

EDIT: those are not available for free download anymore.

Hey, I just found your fabolous planner pages and would love to be able to use them for organizing my blog as well. But I cannot find a mail form in the right sidebar :( Are the printables still available?

    Best wishes,

I’m currently re-organizing that part – but I’ve send you an eMail with the files attached! Viele liebe Grüße – Andrea

    Dear Andrea,
really thank you for this awesome design. And really thank you for let me think about some wrong approaches that I will not suggest to my customers.
Please take this only as an advice from a branding strategist, I don’t want to be offensive. But if you let your resource free for many time, it isn’t a good choice to remove the resource saying “now if you want it, you have to pay it”.
Surely, if I find your resource in a marketplace for the first time, I’m glad to buy it.
But if you “illude” me that I’ll have this for free because for many time it was, I will be very disappointed and I don’t want to buy it anymore.
It tastes like “Oh God, I invented something people like, I can make money!”.
It could be better, for the next times, to give something for free and let people buy similar items you offer like an upsell.

    Cheers

    Carlotta

      Dear Carlotta,

I understand – but I still offer many designs for free on my Blog AND this one was not a “free download” as my other Inserts but an incentive I was giving away for people who signed up for my Newsletter.
I’m running a Business and – as a marketing strategist you should know that – a runnin a business is geared towards making money with what you do on the long run … only because I offer something as an free incentive for a limited time it doesn’t mean that it’s free forever. If I have a restaurant and run a campaign for 1 month where you get a free drink for every dinner you buy – it doesn’t mean that I have to give away a free drink for every dinner forever, does it? Plus initially I only took those Inserts down because I’m not running the Newsletter and this Blog anymore – but people kept asking if they could purchase the inserts – that’s why I put them into my shop … if that’s not okey with you that’s totally fine – there are plenty of free designs out there. Plus – I don’t even mention in this Blogpost that they are available for purchase now (which would feel like talking you into purchasing them) – I only say that those are not available for download anymore …!

Have a wonderful Day – Andrea
